Genetics and Genomics Services Cores
The NPRCs' Genetics and Genomics Services cores offer fee-for-service advanced genetic and genomic analysis including sample collection, DNA/RNA extraction, quality assessment, library preparation, and sequencing. Some offer specialized MHC (Major Histocompatibility Complex) genotyping services critical for immunology and transplantation research, and some NPRCs offer such services as gene expression profiling (RNA-seq), epigenetics analysis (ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq), and multi-omics integration.
