The Macaque Genotype And Phenotype Resource (mGAP)

The Macaque Genotype and Phenotype Database (mGAP.OHSU.edu) is a free resource with genomic and phenotypic data from a large cohort of rhesus macaques from the Oregon National Primate Research Center. This new resource currently offers includes more than 15 million annotated macaque variants. The mGAP database will be rapidly expanding over the coming years, ultimately including genotype data from more than 2,000 rhesus macaques. Please check back to explore new features, including searches for variants present in both human and rhesus, and searches for animals based on genotype or phenotype data associated with the macaques. Please contact us at mgap@ohsu.edu or use the 'Contact Us' link on mGAP to offer suggestions or ask questions.
